Congratulations on your upcoming special day!
You’ve set the date and booked your venue and now for the exciting part of choosing your wedding cake designer.
At Honeybee Paradise I would be delighted to create your dream wedding cake, that reflects the essence of your style and vision. Hand-crafting a beautiful, delicious work of art for your special day.
I’m honoured that you’re considering me as your cake designer. I recommend getting in touch as early as possible to check my availability.
Your Wedding Cake Journey
1. Check Availability
Simply complete the ‘Cake Enquiry Form’ on the Contact page, providing as much information as possible including your wedding date. I will then reply and advise on my availability for your date. Should I require any more information from you in order to give an initial estimate, I will contact you. (Please provide your contact details on the enquiry form).
2. Secure the Date
Once I know more about your cake requirements I will provide you with a rough estimate by email.
If you would like to proceed with Honeybee Paradise to make your dream wedding cake, you can secure your date with a £100 booking fee (non-refundable). This amount will be deducted from the final balance of your total order.
3. Consultation
Now the fun part can begin of designing your beautiful wedding cake. I offer a complimentary consultation either by phone, e-mail, virtual meeting, or if required in person, depending on your location.
To help me capture the essence of your wedding celebration and theme, if you wish please provide me with any photos/samples of your wedding stationery and colour fabric/swatches that you may have. This can be by e-mail or post if not having an in-person consultation.
If you would like to sample some of our flavour and filling combinations, I offer cake taster boxes to help you decide on your favourites. You can choose up to 4 delicious flavours from the taster box menu (available upon enquiry). Other cake flavours not on the taster menu are available at an additional cost of £10 each.
These are sent out prior to the consultation so you can enjoy them at your leisure (for a supplementary cost of £40 plus next day delivery).
4. Design and Approval
Following your consultation, I will send you full design details for your approval. This will include all elements of the design, your chosen flavours and cake sizes, as well as your final quote.
If required I can also include a personalised sketch to help you visualise the design.
5. On Your Wedding Day
I will deliver and set up your wedding cake at the venue, ensuring everything is perfect and ready for you when you arrive.
Delivery is priced on an individual basis depending on distance and travel/set up time.
Edible Wedding Favours
Honeybee Paradise also offers a range of delicious edible favours such as sumptuous cupcakes and decadent cakesicles.
Each can be personalised to compliment the style of your wedding and can also double as a place setting if you wish.
They are the perfect way to thank your wedding guests for joining you on your special day.
